So they don’t pray about it — and then they carry the weight of financial stress entirely alone. That’s a mistake. Scripture is remarkably direct about bringing financial needs to God. Here’s how to do it honestly, without sliding into either the “name it and claim it” extreme or the false humility of pretending you don’t have material needs. — What the Bible Actually Says About Money and Prayer Jesus talked about money more than almost any other topic. [Name the specific situation — debt, job loss, unexpected expense, not enough income.] I’m not dramatizing it. This is real. I’m asking for provision. For the door that opens, the solution I can’t see from here, the resources that make this manageable. Give me wisdom about what I can do. And for the part I can’t change — I’m trusting you to work.
