Lord, I need Your help at work. My boss makes every day harder than it needs to be. The criticism, the unreasonable expectations, the way they treat people — it’s wearing me down.
Please give me patience I don’t feel right now. Help me respond with grace instead of reacting in frustration. And give me wisdom to know when to speak up and when to stay quiet.
I also pray for my boss. I don’t know what they’re going through, but You do. If they’re carrying pain, pressure, or fear, please meet them in it. Change my heart toward them even if they never change toward me.
Give me the strength to do my work well regardless of the circumstances. And help me know when it’s time to stay and when it’s time to go.
