Remind me that bad days don’t define me. One hard day doesn’t undo the good that’s in my life or the purpose You’ve given me. Tomorrow is new.
Help me rest tonight. Let me wake up with some space from today, and give me the grace to start again.

Help me step outside my own head for a moment. Help me see today with some perspective — not to dismiss how hard it was, but to keep it from being bigger than it is.
I know that You are still good even on my worst days. I know Your plans for me haven’t changed because of one difficult Tuesday. Help me rest in that instead of in the replay loop.
Tomorrow is still coming. I’m grateful for that.
