What to Do When You Want to Quit
First: don’t make any permanent decisions on your worst day.
Second: rest. Not quit — rest. There’s a difference. Even God rested on the seventh day. You’re allowed to take a break without abandoning everything you’ve built.
Third: talk to someone. Not everyone, just one person you trust. Say the words out loud: “I feel like giving up.” You’ll be surprised how much lighter those words feel when they’re not trapped in your head.
