Lord, work is lonely right now. I’m surrounded by people but I don’t feel connected to any of them. I eat lunch alone, I don’t get invited to things, and it makes me wonder if there’s something wrong with me.
Please bring the right people into my path. Help me find at least one genuine connection at work — someone I can be real with, laugh with, and share the load. Give me the courage to reach out first instead of waiting to be included.
And when the loneliness hits hard, remind me that my worth isn’t determined by my workplace popularity.

God, I work hard and it goes unnoticed. My contributions are ignored while others get the credit. I don’t want to be bitter, but it hurts to feel invisible.
